Our Roadtrip to the West Coast

We took a few days to drive out to Southern California last month.

Most of these photos were taken near Leucadia, California. But we also drove through the gorgeous mountains and stopped in Boulder, Colorado on the way back.

By the end of the trip, we really missed home. So we drove an all-nighter...straight from Boulder to Madison, Wisconsin in 14 hours, filled with giddy excitement at seeing springtime at sunrise.

I hope all is well in your part of the world!

xoxo,

  4. Juliette, you were about 10 minutes from my house while in Leucadia. Maybe one of these day I will meet you! Your photos are beautiful!!! And one of these days I hope to visit Wisconsin, because it sure looks gorgeous too. Each place holds it's own beauty, don't you think?

  6. While viewing these beautiful photos, I keep thinking they looked similar. I live a few miles from Leucadia. Maybe someday you will be able to come back out west and teach a workshop. Glad you had a wonderful vacation!
