as you read this, i am celebrating my birthday. it's that time of year in wisconsin when everything is a winter wonderland. the glittering holiday lights are lit, the vanilla incense burning nutcracker is going, and everything feels incredibly warm and cozy. 

well, this year has been pretty amazing. as i've been painting my heart out these last few days, i've realized that whenever i try something new, it takes a lot of strength to stick with it and push through those ugly stages to get to the really good stuff.

and i could not have gotten here without YOU. 

thank you for all of your support and encouragement. thank YOU for being part of my life and giving me the honor and bliss of sharing my artwork with you.
