i am so crazy excited for this new online workshop! these sweet little whimsical creatures are so dear to my heart and i can't wait to share them with you!

in this 6 Week online painting workshop, i'll share all of my simple shape animal templates so that you can easily create whatever animal is unique to you and really make it your own. we'll also play with painting backgrounds and layering, experiment with lots of different art supplies, loosen up with drawing and coloring in our sketchbooks and have fun bringing all of these animals to life.

i wanted to create a course that would help you build a library of characters and creatures that you could quickly create and then easily add to in a style that is unique to YOU. it's all about giving you a place to begin so your imagination can wander.

We’ll learn to let go, paint with our fingertips and play with color and lots of layers. You don’t need any painting experience or expensive art supplies to take this class-all you really need are a few paints and brushes and an openness to play and create lots of whimsical creatures.
