things that are making me smile


Blooming bright yellow crocus,


baking peanut butter cookies,


the first fire in the backyard this season,


buds on the lilac bushes,


my garden gnome free from the snow,


and sitting outside in the sun and reading for hours!!!

    My tulips are out this week - that makes me very happy :)

    Our Spring is a bit more advanced here - lots of green bursting out everywhere!

    When you come over to the UK in May you'll be here in what I believe is one of the prettiest months of the year. Just pray for sunshine!

    that's so funny we have the same gnome! he was a gift from a very dear friend, and i love seeing him in the garden!
