THE FIRST TULIP IN BLOOM

The tulips in my garden are all about to burst with color. But this one was the first happy little tulip to bloom!

    It does look happy! I love when certain plants represent a special time of year. When I was teaching, I was always excited to see the gorgeous purple jacaranda trees in bloom because it meant that summer vacation was just around the corner!

    So pretty! Your are lucky! We planted tulips - they are one of my favorite flowers - but the deer ate the buds :(

    mmmm.Tulips are, hands down, my favorite flower. I have a feeling it has something to do with the time of year. They really are glorious.
